Booking Policies:
1. Centers must have a minimum of 5 participants to book a date. If you don't have 5 participants, your center can participate in our Collaborative CPR Champions Program. Click here to learn more!
2. If using a credit card you can book online and provide a $220 deposit at time of booking, OR email your PO (if you use them) with the number of participants and desired date to cpr@medicationadministration101.com to book an appointment. If desired date is available, you will receive an invoice for the total amount which will be due in seven (7) days. Your desired date will be held for those 7 business days. We are flexible, please let us know you situation and we will work with you.
3. If one or multiple participants cannot attend the in-class skills assessment, they will receive a voucher to attend an upcoming class; no refunds will be given. If that employee no longer works for the center, the center will receive a voucher for the amount to use with us anytime.
4. The center can reschedule; 48-hour notice is needed, and there is no guarantee of date proximation of rescheduling. Every effort will be made to reschedule for a date close to the originally scheduled date.
5. With two weeks notice of cancellation a full refund is given. Less than two weeks notice there is a $100 charge that will be deducted from your deposit refund. No deposit refunds provided for same day cancellations, only vouchers provided, that can be used with us for any training or nurse consultation services.
